Brushing twice a day is the way

Brushing twice a day is the way

To keep little smiles clean and healthy, wipe your baby’s gums with a damp clean cloth after a feed, and brush morning and night when teeth start to peek through.

You can use an age-appropriate toothpaste once your child is 18 months old, making sure they spit, but don’t rinse — this lets fluoride stick, so it can protect your child's teeth.

Don’t forget to bring fluoride along for the ride

Fluoridated tap water is great for strengthening and protecting those growing teeth for decades to come.
